I asked for the driver to be contacted directly by the company to request location information and was told that wasn't an option for them. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor, as my complaint wasn't large enough of a concern. I asked to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint and also to find out what was being done to locate our package. I called their customer service number only to be told that after 48 hours they can not investigate a missing package. ![]() Lasership tracking claims my package was delivered on December 24th, I was home all day and nothing was ever delivered. I order a product that I needed for my sick dog next day on Amazon assuming that it would be shipped UPS or FedEx as Amazon was the seller. He leaves, my package then falls down the stairs to which a passerby see it at the bottom of the steps and decides to steal it. Literally have this guy throwing my package because he didnt want to come up the stairs on camera. I really dislike writing bad reviews on here, but my experience with this company was terrible. Nothing came and after another call to Lasership today, I was then told that nothing came of the investigation and that we needed to contact Butcher Box for a replacement. I contacted Lasership and was told that there was an error in reporting item was delivered, and that it would likely come later that night, but they would pursue an investigation to locate the shipment. We searched the entire perimeter of our house to find nothing. We finally received confirmation at 7:09pm on 11/19 that the item was delivered. The shipment arrived in Meriden, CT at 3:30am on, and zero updates after that. It now shows that original order as cancelled, as though I cancelled it.We ordered a shipment from Butcher Box which was shipped via Lasership. If something like this happened at Ulta there would have been more done to try and make situation right, overnight it, extend my Flash Shipping for another year, or how about an apology?!, which I never heard once. Finally when I did receive my package( well past birthday ) the samples included were not the ones I had picked or would be interested in. He said, with the Flash Shipping it would be the next week. I then asked how soon I would get this delivery. I told him I was on that page and would tell him the ones I’d like. He said “Ok fine, what would you like skin or fragrance”. I said no, I want my productsHe said he would resend, but the samples I ordered were all sold out, “Ok?”. Then, rudely asked me if I wanted a refund. When I called the customer service agent kept asking me to verify my address, which was correct. It was definitely NOT left on my doorstep, I was home at this time and didn’t receive anything. My package (with a gift in it for a birthday the day after it was to be delivered) showed Left on doorstep on 10/25 at 7:49pm. But waiting till Monday is way better than dealing with dishonest Lasership employees/customer service/broken or missing packages. I contacted LaserShip and was told to wait another three days. Tracking showed it arrived at the carrier facility the day before the estimated delivery date, which came and went without any other updates. The only slight negative is that I don't always get Saturday deliveries since I work in a heavily commercial area, and USPS assumes we're all closed. 132 reviews and 18 photos of LaserShip 'Amazon Prime shipped a package to me through LaserShip. In my area, USPS delivers within the 2 day window, so it's exactly the same wait. Your best bet for shipping is picking the "Flash - USPS Priority" option instead of the "Flash 2 Day" as it does seem that Sephora hasn't been using UPS since the first quarter of 2017 (if that!). At least they didn't throw it at the door, but that's a pretty low bar. The last time Lasership delivered to me, our security cameras showed the driver dropping off the package almost 2 hours after the logged delivery time, around 10:30 pm at night, left in a completely unsecured area. They're a completely unaccountable company, so bad, that even Amazon stopped using them! It's best described as Uber/Taskrabbit for last mile deliveries, drivers pay for their own gas, sometimes use their own cars, and are paid per package rather than an hourly rate. Lasership in the Boston area is hit-or-miss, but mostly miss. ![]()
